My background in journalism includes copyediting on the web desk of a busy newsroom and working on the editorial team of a popular British travel magazine. As a freelance writer, I have been a regular contributor to FRANCE Magazine and Living France. My other clients include: Rendez-Vous en France (the French tourist board travel magazine) as well as Kodomo.com and Sawdays.co.uk. 

As you may notice from my portfolio, I have a strong focus on French travel and culture features. However, I would welcome the opportunity to write about other places and I'm particularly interested in stories with a historical angle. In my spare time, I write a travel blog dedicated to literary-themed destinations and work on my novel, which was recently long listed for the Lucy Cavendish Fiction Prize.
