A regular contributor to FRANCE and Living France magazines, I cover everything from expat interest stories to French culture and destination features. Having spent several years in northern France, I'm something of an expert on the Nord-pas-de-Calais and Picardy, but my travels have taken me all over the country. The classics 

My first love was literature and I have a couple of degrees to show for it. A combined passion for travel and the classics has inspired me to create novelgetaways.com, an online guide for literary tourists. From Hemingway's Paris to Dickens' London, I love exploring the real places behind the novels.
